Bone Health & Strength Training Workout Class
Mondays from 11:15am - 12:15pm

$20 per session, but your first class is free!
*Screening is required in advance to make sure you’re ready for the class!

Join Dr. Angie every Monday from 11:15am to 12:15pm for a one hour session of resistance training, low impact cardio and balance training.

This program is specifically designed to improve bone density and increase muscular strength. It will greatly benefit those who have osteopenia or osteoporosis or those who worry about loss of muscle mass.

Bring yourself, your baby, and build community! During a baby lounge gathering, you will be able to ask a health professional your questions and meet other new parents in Pierce County in a safe environment. Pregnant / expecting families and families with children ages 0-1 are welcome!

FIT4BABY with FIT4MOM UP!

Twice weekly, 6-week series, beginning Tuesday, 2/10.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7pm.
Led by Jenn, owner of FIT4MOM UP, and hosted at Madrona.

FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Jenn Fukuwa, owner of FIT4MOM University Place, will be leading workouts throughout the series. She will also be joined by Dr. Angie and a rotating host of weekly guests to help you get ready for parenthood and baby.
